Founder of Tricycle Talent, a talent management collective representing books, actors, directors, writers, musicians and athletes.

Prior, Sara was Managing Director at YMU, a global talent management company across sports, music and entertainment.

In 2002 Sara founded a media advisory firm which she ran for 11 years and then merged with YMU.

Prior Sara was a senior Executive and Board Director at Working Title Films, Universal Pictures and PolyGram Filmed Entertainment with oversight of global legal & business affairs and new business ventures.

Sara is a member of BAFTA’s Governance & Appointments Committee.

Bianca was the Italian Juror of the Venice Days Film Festival in 2020 and assisted in the festival lineup selection for 2021. The same year, she was Assistant Location Manager for RAI TV Series “II Nostro Generale”.

Bianca is fluent in Italian, French and conversationally fluent in German.

Bianca joined Embankment as an Executive with a broad mandate.  Her role spans Acquisitions, Production and Distribution.  Bianca focuses on Acquisitions and Production of primarily Scripted storytelling working closely with producer Kevin Loader, also multi-tasking with our Producing Team.

Previously, she assisted Sony Pictures Classic at the Cannes Film Festival covering Acquisitions, and Embankment at EFM. Clare Harris  leads sales and marketing strategies across key European territories including France, the Benelux, Scandinavia, and the UK. With over five years of experience in film distribution, Clare brings a dynamic understanding of content positioning, market trends, and audience engagement.

Prior to joining Embankment, Clare held roles at TF1 Newen Connect, Studio Soho Distribution, and Charades, contributing to acquisitions, international licensing, and campaign development. She has worked across a broad range of distribution channels—from theatrical to VOD and television—and has extensive experience managing international festival submissions, promotional assets, and B2B communications.

Clare holds an MA in Marketing, Distribution, Sales and Exhibition from the National Film and Television School, and a BSc in Politics and Sociology from the University of Bristol. Bilingual in English and French (with advanced Spanish), she is passionate about global storytelling and the evolving landscape of independent film.

Kevin Loader is one of the UK’s most experienced film and television producers. After a career in arts programmes and drama at BBC Television, he started making feature films over twenty years ago. Through Free Range Films he has produced over ten of the late Roger Michell’s films, from The Mother to the recent documentary about the Queen, Elizabeth: A Portrait in Parts.

Kevin Loader

Kevin Loader is one of the UK’s most experienced film and television producers. After a career in arts programmes and drama at BBC Television, he started making feature films over twenty years ago. Through Free Range Films he has produced over ten of the late Roger Michell’s films, from The Mother to the recent documentary about the Queen, Elizabeth: A Portrait in Parts.

Loader has also produced films with many other A list directors, including Nicholas Hytner, Armando Iannucci, Andrea Arnold, Sam Taylor-Johnson, Julian Jarrold, Alex Iglesias, Mike Barker and Sir Richard Eyre.

His recent work includes several feature films notably Nicholas Hytner and Alan Bennett’s The Choral.

Peter was co-controlling shareholder of publicly-traded Alliance Atlantis Communications and CEO of its Entertainment Group where he was responsible for the development, financing, production and worldwide distribution of thousands of hours of film and television. He capped off his years as a multi-award-winning producer (including being personally nominated for three Golden Globe Awards and four Emmy Awards,) by assembling and launching in partnership with CBS and The Jerry Bruckheimer Company, the CSI Television Franchise comprising the 3 series: CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: Miami and CSI: New York. Alliance Atlantis was sold to Goldman Sachs and Canwest.

After Alliance Atlantis, Peter was Co-founder and Chair of Aver Media, a global media lender. Aver financed more than 1,500 productions. Peter and his partners sold Aver to the Bank of Montreal (BMO.)

After Aver, Peter was Chair of the Founder Group that created the unfortunately now failed Kew Media as a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

More recently, Peter launched Tricycle Media which has seeded, guided or helped to assemble dozens of content projects and companies, the most well known being "Schitt's Creek" with Eugene and Dan Levy.
