Bella Ramsey, Louis Partridge and Ruby Stokes are all set to star in a new comedy.

The Last Of Us star Bella, 20, the Enola Holmes actor Louis, 20 and Bridgerton star Ruby, 23, will lead the second feature from George Jaques, Sunny Dancer, according to Variety.

Launching at Cannes Market, the new hit movie follows Ivy (Bella), a teenager in remission from cancer.

Bella has a loud mother and well-intentioned father who insists she attend Children Run Free Camp, a summer retreat for young adults affected by cancer.

The camp's slogan, 'where kids come to kid,' does little to spark Ivy's interest or settle her worries, and a quick Google search confirms her fears.

She stumbles upon a cringeworthy and bizarre promotional video filled with tacky messages and clichéd sunsets.

When Ivy is reluctantly dragged through the camp experience, which she dubs 'chemo camp' she discovers new feelings with new friends.

George revealed that the movie is centred around a 'subject matter close to his heart' and is beyond excited for its release.

He said: I'm beyond excited to the tell this story which focuses on a subject matter very close to my heart.

'I can't imagine anybody better to bring it to life than the amazing cast of Bella, Louis and Ruby — I am truly thrilled they are a part of it.'

Embankment Films, who is managing global pre-sales of the film, said the film showcases the 'best of new British talent.'

Hugo Grumbar of Embankment Films added: 'We're committed to the global promotion of emerging talent and George Jaques is a force of nature, who has written funny, highly engaging characters, in a whip smart, emotional comedy.'

The new movie is highly anticipated as the lead cast has starred in a slew of award-winning productions.

George is considered a quadruple threat as a writer, producer, director and actor.

His debut feature, Black Dog, had its world premiere at the 2023 BFI London Film Festival, while he has appeared in TV shows such as HBO's The Third Day and Lionsgate's The Serpent Queen.

Bella is best known as the BAFTA-, Emmy- and Golden Globe-nominated star of the 2023s drama series The Last of Us.

Louis starred in both Netflix's Enola Holmes movies and is set to appear in Noah Baumbach's next feature, which is yet to be titled, with George Clooney and Adam Sandler.

Ruby appeared in Netflix's production Lockwood & Co. and acclaimed Brit drama Rocks.
