Tim is one of the UK’s most experienced sales executives pre-selling over 150 theatrical films and amalgamated libraries of over 800 titles. His 20 year career encompasses three highly successful companies: Hanway (CEO), Intermedia (founding shareholder) and Majestic (Sales Director). His diverse range of quality films is extensive; most recently Shame, Seven Psychopaths, Great Expectations, Quartet, Nowhere Boy, Made In Dagenham and You’re Next. Previously, 7 Woody Allen films, Sliding Doors, The Wedding Planner, The Quiet American, Resident Evil, The Piano, Driving Miss Daisy, Damage and Dances with Wolves amongst others.
Sharon Lee
Licensing and Marketing Executive
Sharon began her career as an international publicist at DDA Consulting, where she worked on titles including Killer Elite, Marley, What Maisie Knew and Chinese Zodiac. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, French and Italian, Sharon has also worked at various international film festivals, as well as completing internships at Optimum Releasing and Metropolitan Filmexport. She has also previously worked as European Awards Campaign Coordinator for The Weinstein Company on The Reader and Vicky Cristina Barcelona in 2008.
Hugo Grumbar

Hugo's international marketing skills were honed at Intermedia and Capitol Films before joining Icon in 2004, where most recently he held the position of joint MD at Icon UK Group. Previously as President of Icon UK Distribution, Grumbar was responsible for the acquisition and distribution of some of Icon’s most successful titles including Man on Wire, Paranormal Activity, The Road, Precious, A Single Man, Transporter 3 and Buried. He was also integral to the marketing and distribution of a diverse slate including Match Point, Apocalypto, Bridge to Terabithia, 30 Days of Night, Once and The Passion of the Christ amongst others.
Maite Villarino
Licensing and Marketing Executive
Maite most recently worked for Icon Entertainment International in the Sales & Marketing department where she worked on titles including How I Spent My Summer Vacation, Project Nim, The Tempest and Coriolanus. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English, Maite previously worked for Momentum Pictures marketing Let the Right One In, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and The Man Who Stare at Goats. She has also collaborated in several international film festivals including Sitges.
